What percent of house spiders are poisonous?

Most spiders are not dangerous to humans. In fact, of the thousands of spider species, only a small percentage possess venom that can harm humans. In the U.S., for instance, the primary concerns are the Black Widow and the Brown Recluse. However, the majority of house spiders are harmless and serve as beneficial predators of other pests.
