We use Preventive Pest Control commercially at some of my apartment communities and I’ve been so happy with them. Their tech, Eric, is a top tier employee! That guy knows what he’s doing. After every service, he communicates what he did and the action plan if further service is needed. He speaks with my residents and answers every question and concern. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants the community to be successful. Their office staff is always helpful, and they are pretty quick to get us on the schedule for service outside of our monthly scheduled service.
